LOST & FOUND

Plaza West Covina Security Department manages the lost and found property for the center. If you lost or misplaced an item at Plaza West Covina, you can stop by the Security Offices or call 626.338.5200. We will make every effort to locate the legal owner of any property we have turned in to us.

Electric vehicle Charging

Volta is a nationwide network of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations that partners with brands to sponsor free charging for all EV drivers. Using Volta stations is easy! Just pull up, and plug in. No cards or dongles required. You’ll find four Volta charging stations on the north side of the property.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are available free of charge during mall hours at Security desk. A driver’s license is needed to check out a wheelchair.

Dog Friendly

Plaza West Covina is dog-friendly year-round and welcomes all well-behaved dogs, regardless of breed, into the Center. Please review our Dog Policy here.

KIDS PLAY AREA

Kids Play Area is space that combines art and playground to provide interactive learning opportunities for little ones to “get the wiggles out” on a shopping trip. Your family is invited to have fun, be active and most importantly play in a safe, clean, and colorful environment. Located on the Lower Level near Tilt Arcade.

FAMILY LOUNGE

Need to relax, recharge, or just catch your breath? The Family Lounge is a comfortable area where you and your children can take a break from shopping. This special spot for families features private nursing areas, baby changing-stations and a large family restroom. Located on the Upper Level near Tilt.

STROLLER RENTAL

Visiting us with kids in tow? Strollers are available for rent near our main entrances. The SmarteCarte dispenser accepts both cash and all major credit cards.

Self-serve strollers are available at the following locations:
Lower Level by Main Entrance next to Red Robin.
Lower Level by Macy’s department store.
Lower Level by the Bare Minerals entrance.
